If you have been feeling sheepish this new year we have a great reason to cheer you up. Entries to the 2017 Glencairn Trail run are officially OPEN to all 2016 runners and we look forward to making the 2017 event the best yet! Please carry on reading to fully understand the entry process because we would hate for you to miss out!

After the first event we felt strongly that we would like to build on the atmosphere of family and friendship. In order to encourage this aspect we are offering all the inaugural runners the first opportunity to enter between 21 November and 28 February 2017. Along with your entry you will also have the option to invite a maximum of 5 friends or family who will then also be able to enter during the first opportunity. In doing so we hope to build on the friendly vibe we had in 2016. Entries will then open on the 1st March 2017 to the general public.

How it will work:

Entry Process: 2016 Glencairn Flock

  • Click on the link below and login with your ID number.
  • You will be asked to indicate how many places you want to reserve for your guests. This number must include your entry as well. Example: 3 family/friends + you will be 4 spots reserved.
  • Complete your details and remember to Select your Event Category in order for the correct fee to be applied to your entry.
  • Once you have completed your entry you will receive a different password for each family/friend. 
  • Give each guest a password(can only be used once) and ask them to register following the process below.

  • Enter the password you received and Click on Join Entry.
  • Complete the entry form. You must your clothing size and your event category.
  • Proceed to Pay for your entry.
